We have done this, because Joomla is one of most popular content management systems in the world and by using Joomla, we’ll be keeping up with its development practically.

Although this an American study, the UK is always about a year behind, so it’s important to remember this statistic and cater for over 65s when designing and organising a company’s website.

Over 65s generally:

Need trust and credibility before buying online.

They research products and services more.

They are more likely to buy from a brand they know already.

Site Security is more an issue.

Word of mouth recommendations hold more sway.

PPC is another acronym called Pay Per Click. Some internet experts call it Cost Per Click or CPC for short. It is a form of advertising that is usually displayed as sponsored listing or sponsored links on the search engines and other websites.

What does it involve?
It involves bidding for your place in the sponsored listings, the higher the bid, the higher the placement for your advert. Then when someone clicks on your ad, you are charged by the search engine, hence the term ‘Pay Per Click’
